Eilean Shona

Writing retreats and workshops are perennially popular with budding authors and poets. Vanessa Branson, the younger sister of Virgin Airline boss, Richard, runs occasional courses on Eilean Shona, a small island ,on the West coast of Scotland, which she has owned for twenty five years. Kathleen Carragher visited Eilean Shona to find out more about the workshops and Vanessa’s connection with the the island.
