New Fortwilliam Hospital

NHS Highland has plans for a new hospital for Lochaber, to replace the existing ageing Belfort hospital in Fort William.  It has already earmarked a site on the outskirts of the town and has set aside a budget for the running costs. It is now pulling together its case to the Scottish government to finance the building.  A public meeting was held in the town to find out what the community wants from their new hospital. Kathleen Carragher went along.
